Sandworm Flap Trim Description:
Dimensions:
- Overall Width: 4 3/4″ (12 cm)

Black screws included.
Instructions
- First, trace the metal trim onto your paper pattern piece.
- Add the seam allowance by measuring with a ruler.
- Stabilizer and interfacing in your front flap so it’s a little sturdier.
- Once the flap – or the piece where you will use this trim – is complete and turned right side out, dry test the trim piece for fit.
- Topstitch your flap, if desired.
- Slide the metal trim on again and screw it in place. Do not punch holes for the screws. Do use an awl to poke a starting hole and let the screws go through the fabric as you screw it in. That is where the strength is coming from.
- You can use a clear, fabric glue like Gutermann HT2 or E6000 in the channel to secure.
