Shipping policy
SHIPPING RATES as of March 5th, 2026:
ALL ACROSS CANADA:
- $19.95CDN flat rate across Canada.
- Carrier Calculated Rates will appear as a shipping option at checkout. If your order is light and not traveling great distances (from NB), the system will show a rate that is lower than the flat rate, by default.
- PO Boxes can only be shipped via Canada Post.
- $7.50 Lettermail is possible if the products you wish to purchase are less than 500g total, or are slender enough to fit within Canada Post's "Oversized Letter" dimensions. The thickness of oversized Lettermail packaging can not exceed 2cm (approx 3/4"). Most hardware will fit, but not all cuts of zipper tape or webbing. Lettermail is at the Buyer's risk. Because Lettermail is not trackable, it is also not insurable. If it gets lost in transit, it will not be replaced, nor will your order be refunded.
UNITED STATES:
Shipping to all states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PR.
- $19.95USD flat rate shipping fee.
- Tariff-Free! You will not be charged duties at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL:
- Calculated based on volume and weight by Canada Post, at checkout.
- VAT may be charged by your customs agency upon entry into your country. Customers are responsible to pay any VAT charged. We currently ship to Commonwealth countries and a couple other countries in Europe. If your country is not one of the ones we ship to presently, contact us so we may look into the shipping rules and conditions. If we can meet the conditions, we can add your country to our shippable locations.
