Also checking out the iron-on transfers? They can easily be fused to just about any textile, even vinyl!  Just protect the vinyl with a pressing cloth or parchment paper. 
Stick them to hats, sleeves of t-shirts, bags - inside or out, to scraps of vinyl or cork and turn them into bag labels!
