THE BASICS

Aside from choosing which pulls, zipper tape, or webbing to use, there are some very basic items that you'll need to make virtually any bag.  You can get fancy or go with a theme for your bag (like cats!), but these plain types hardware should always be readily available in your stash in my opinion: swivel hooks, sliders, rings, and rivets.  Stock up!
